Multi-zone Net/DLNA Streaming
I currently have a TX-NR509 and am looking to upgrade it to this year's TX-NR818 in order to enjoy powered multi zones.
At the moment, say if zone 1 is accessing DLNA, it is not possible to access DLNA or vtuner/spotify (any NET zone) via zone 2. Is there a fix for this?
My key reason for buying the TX-NR818 would be to have the TV playing in one room, internet radio in the kitchen and say DLNA or spotify in the office all at the same time. Is this possible? If not, I only need a cheaper 2 zone sytem (TV and DLNA).

Re: Multi-zone Net/DLNA Streaming
Just bumping this post up and hoping for an answer as keen to go and buy the amp asap - wondering if multiple zones playing simultaneously from different DLNA/vTuner sources is possible?
Many thanks-

Re: Multi-zone Net/DLNA Streaming
I apologize for the tardiness in responding to your postings; unfortunately- you can split-assign the NET function (vTuner and DLNA) for multi-zones. If you select NET> vTuner for ZONE 2 broadcasting; selecting ZONE 3 will also mirror the ZONE 2 playback as well (it will play the SAME source i.e. vTuner). You can't basically assign two different NET sub-options/ channels for ZONE 2 and ZONE 3.
