HT-RC360 Sound Output Issue Empty HT-RC360 Sound Output Issue

Hi. I am having trouble with this receiver. The sound output is terrible on every audio setting except for 'Mono', 'Full Mono', and 'All Ch Stereo'. I just noticed this problem today. For the past three weeks the subwoofer output would not work (I cannot remember if other audio settings functioned normally). Today I plugged the subwoofer up to try again; low and behold, it works but the sound output is terrible on every audio setting except for the ones mentioned above. This unit is refurbished and only 7 months old, so 3 months are left on the warranty.

We have another refurbished Onkyo receiver that has the exact same problem. It is not under warranty.

I cannot post links but this video will help: goo[dot]gl[slash]J1MSI

Any suggestions on what could be causing this would be great. My bet is on a faulty sound board.

Sincerely,
Justin
