Android app display shifted on ICS (4.0) - Partially Unusable

After upgrading to ICS (4.0) on my Bionic the above is what is displayed. Unfortunately, you cannot get to the right side of the screen to access the menu. For instance if you select internet radio you cannot select a service.

Any help here?
