TX-SR608 no video output to TV

TX-SR608 no video output to TV

I have an install where the TX-SR608 isn't providing video out to the TV from any source -cable box or DVD. I tested the cable directly to the cable box and the TV works fine. This has worked fine for 2 years....

Any ideas?

It's bad firmware, HDMI handshake I have the same problem with a 609 even after repair. Onkyo sucks.
