Im an Onkyo user my first onkyo was the 787 never had an issue with it. It was my dream receiver.Now i own a biggder dream an Onkyo 5008 I have a issue with it when i call onkyo the first day a machine anwered so i left a massage. The next day onkyo calls me, hey that is ok with me i dont expect them to call me on the same day hey im not the only onkyo user or im not the only costomer or the only person on this planet we have to be more patient even if they take 3 days to call me back i will be so thank full that they call me back some companies dont even call you at all SOME COMPANIES DONT EVEN CARE. My refrigirator broke and i went to buy parts. It was a $250 dollar part yeah it was the main circuit control board i ask how much warranty this has ? he said once you take it out of the box you cannot return it, warranty for 30 days. How about when you buy parts for cars no warranty on electronic parts onkyo is giving us a 2 year PARTS AND LAVOR yeah THANK YOU ONKYO my receiver has been out for 3 months techs are doing all the test instructed by onkyos techs it sounds like a lot of time but ONES AGAIN IM NOT THE ONLY PERSON THAT NEEDS SOMETHING REPAIR AT THE LOCAL REPAIR CENTER. as long as they take care of my baby and fix it right I AM HAPPY or if it canNot be fixed then replaced. ONKYO THANK YOU FOR A GREAT PRODUCT AND FOR TAKING CARE OF ME AS A CUSTOMER WhICH THERE ARE LOTS OF COMPANIES OUT THERE THAT DONT EVEN CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS THE ONLY THING THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE MONEY!!!
