Hissing Sound from Speakers when using DSP Listening Modes

I just hooked up my new 3009 and have been getting a hissing sound from all my speakers when I engage a DSP listening mode. When I switch to direct the hiss is completely gone. I recently upgraded to this receiver from an 876 that had no hissing when using any of the DSP listening modes. Any suggestions as to what the issue could be? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
